Good Evening, welcome to the end of November, I hope that you all have had a good month and are looking forward to a fun December! Here is my daily writing exercise and I am going to try *fingers crossed* to actually stick to 10-15 minutes.

Please leave your feedback and your own responses to the prompt. If you like what you are reading here, I would encourage you to check out not only my other Writing Prompts, but also my books as well!

Prompt: Write the ad for an expensive new drug that improves bad posture. Now, list the possible side effects.

Does your back hurt all the time? Are you constantly getting neck pain that turns into headaches? Have you heard your parents, teachers, employers, friends, and strangers tell you that you have ‘bad posture?’ Do you find yourself constantly hunched in front of your computer, book, game system, or homework? Are the simple exercises that you have been given just seem too complicated, or you simply forget about them?

If any of that sounds like you, hope is at hand. The FDA has approved SydoppStrayt (shouldalistenedtoyourmotherazine), a revolutionary new drug that, through a cutting-edge process, re-arranges and re-aligns the muscles of the spine and neck to help adjust the spine into a straighter formation. In as little as three weeks, the majority of patients start seeing an improvement in their posture and a reduction in posture related pain. Say goodbye to well-meaning comments and all those pain meds and say hello to a straighter spine and greater confidence. Ask your doctor about SydoppStrayt today!*

*results may vary and have not been evaluated in comparison to Doctor and Physical Therapist recommended stretches, regular diet and exercise, and proper ergonomic practices. Timeframe of improvement and need to continue the medication long term to maintain the improvement will vary by patient. Some patients have reported an increase in pain in the initial period of taking the medication and for a small group, this pain had remained or even worsened the longer the drug is taken. In some, rare, cases overcorrection can occur. Side Effects may also include muscle spasms, loss of feeling in limbs, difficulty walking, trouble concentrating, inability to bend forward or otherwise move the spine, irritability, migraines, temporary or permanent paralysis, respiratory issues, and death. Please see you doctor if you experience any of these side effects and talk to you doctor about any concerns. Do not take SydoppStrayt if you are you are allergic to SydoppStrayt, if you are pregnant, have scoliosis or other skeletal/spinal issues, or are recovering from an injury. Consult a physical therapist who will hopefully talk some sense into you and when you don’t listen, see your doctor about SydoppStrayt. Use as directed, makers of SydoppStrayt are not liable for any side effects, known or unknown, since you really should have listened to more sensible advice and just done those simple exercises.

Take control of your spine, take control of your pain, take SydoppStrayt!

Okay, this was a really fun one, and I enjoyed being silly with it. My mother is a physical therapist and has, over the years, provided many suggestions and exercises for improving posture as well as hip/back/neck pain, which I have been. . .inconsistent in putting into practice. Hence, poking fun at myself, and how so many drugs marketed for life and lifestyle improvement are presented to consumers and their lists of side-effects.

I hope that you enjoyed! I would love to read your response to this prompt as well and also what you think of what I wrote! Also, please check out my books and socials! Following my page would also be greatly appreciated!

I hope you all have a wonderful day, get the chance to do or experience something creative, and I’ll catch you on the next one.
