Good Evening and I hope that Thor has granted you all the blessings of his day!

I got another YouTube video recorded, reading Chapter Two of And the Sun Burned Red. I hope you go check it out, leave a like, share, and subscribe, and leave your thoughts and feedback! I would really appreciate it!

I also got some writing done this evening, making a nice little bit of progress on When Gods do Meddle. At this rate I think the chapter I am working on will probably be done Saturday, which is a nice pace so far.

I hope you enjoy the excerpt I am including, and it would be awesome to leave your thoughts, comments, and feedback.

Please Like and Share, subscribe to my website, and check out my socials and my two books! Any help and support would be greatly appreciated!

It was getting toward evening when they wound their back around to the Silver Nose. All the other Inns they came too were either crowded, had no facilities for their horses, or seemed to have not interest in catering to anyone they did not already know. Not wanting to put Kanal in a difficult position, they did their best to look nonchalant in the alley behind his stables. Luckily, it was only a few moments before the Mountain Troll stepped out into the stable, seemingly to catch a breath and stretch his back a little.

Looking around to see that no one was about, Tanara and Maelith, quickly crossed the alley and into the stable yard. Kanal’s eyes went wide on seeing them, he took two long strides forward, and scooped them both up into one of his infamous, bone-crushing hugs. When he deposited them back on the ground he said, quietly and himself looking around for those that would overhear, “I cannot tell you how relieved I am to see you. It sickens me that, whatever the true story of what happened in the end, that it was me that put you on the path and the danger.”

Tanara and Maelith went about the process of unsaddling and unloading their horses and moving them into the stables, so as to avoid suspicious looks, and Tanara turned back and said in a quiet voice to the Mountain Troll, who went about the process of getting two stalls setup. “It is quite alright, I don’t think any of us truly appreciated what we were getting into. I am sure there are those that are searching for us, so I am sorry that we are here and the dangers it likely poses to you.”

I hope that you have a wonderful rest of your day, you get the chance to do or experience something creative, and I’ll catch you on the next one!
