Good Evening and I hope you all had a fabulous Friday. I finished another chunk of writing in my third book When Gods Do Meddle.
I am either in the middle of a bad sinus attack or I am getting sick, but that is a problem for tomorrow Jon, who also fully intends to finish the chapter!
I hope you leave some comments and feedback and I look forward to reading them. Remember to Like, Share, and Subscribe to my channel, check out my books and youtube. Any of those would be a great and hugely appreciated

With that, Tanara and Maelith set off into the city, shadows ever lengthening from the progression of evening into night. Torches and lamps were lit of ever variety which gave the whole town a yellow-orange glow, interspersed with patches of deep shadows. They blended in with the crowed at first, heading westward and away from the docks. Reaching the rocky cliff face that climbed sharply into the sky, atop which was one of the three peaks. Tanara and Maelith ducked into a dark alley and behind several crates. Luckily there was no one around or at least none with interest in what was going on around them.
Up close, it was clear that the rock face, while a challenging climb, was definitely passable, and the cliff continued up perhaps a dozen feet above where the wall met it. No doubt, the rulers and residents of Valkas Cor had thought it too steep, too visible, and too easy to defend to be of any concern. Had they been attempting the climb at daylight, as people occasionally did, or the climb was attempted by a party of any significant size, they were probably right. At night, however, with Maelith’s eyesight and Tanara’s climbing skills, all they were likely to need was a little bit of luck to reach the top.
I hope that you all have a wondering evening, get the chance to do or experience something creative, and I’ll catching you on the next one.
